Distribution. China: Sichuan ( Kaszab, 1940; Egorov, 2008).

Remarks. This species was redescribed by Xu et al. (2016) based on 61 specimens (32♂♂, 25♀♀ in MCWNU and 2♂♂, 2♀♀ in ZIN) from Barkam City, Sichuan, China. After the examination of type and topotype specimens of this species and 2♂♂ (MCWNU, now in MHBU) in Xu et al. (2016), specimens from Barkam City, Sichuan belonging to a new species (see diagnosis of B. barkamica ).
