Diagnosis. The forewing length is 11.0– 11.5 mm in males and 11.5–12.0 mm in females. The detailed comparison with S. suffusa sp. n. and S. punctigera is provided above in the diagnoses of those species.

Distribution. China: Guangxi ( Fang 2000), Guangdong ( Dubatolov et al. 2012, as Aemene punctigera ), Sichuan (new record), Northern Vietnam (Lai Châu and Lào Cai Provinces) (new record).
