Off Three Kings Islands , north of New Zealand (34 ◦ 9 ′ S, 172 ◦ 8 ′ E).

R . A. Peart ( WA 719 ) ; 7 specimens, AM P.79855, Esperance Harbour (33 ◦ 52 ′ S, 121 ◦ 54 ′ E), pylon scrapings, 17 March 2002, coll. Western Australian Museum party ( WAES IH TJD Qual) .
