Habitat. Boring into dead coral and the limestone rock from low in the intertidal.

Distribution. Petite Butte.

Remarks. See under L. teres for a comparison with that species. Specimens recorded as L. lithophaga from the Mascarenes are most likely to be this species.

Range. Indo-Pacific [M/S].
