Body length: 5.8 mm.

Diffuse fuscous coloration of male dorsum present on posterior third of pronotum, exposed part of mesonotum and scutellum, and transcommisural area of forewing clavus bounded posterolaterad by vein Pcu. Male style apex ( Fig. 31 View FIGURES 23 – 34 ) rounded with few minute pores; aedeagus ( Fig. 33 View FIGURES 23 – 34 ) with shaft slender and parallel-sided throughout in lateral view, with pair of short preapical teeth.

Material examined. Holotype male, ECUADOR, Orellana, Transect Ent. 1km, S. Onkonegare Camp Reserve Etrica Waorani, 00’39’10”S, 076’26’00”W, Lot# 1596, 26 –VI–1996, T.L. Erwin et al., Fogging terra firme forest ( USNM). Paratype: 1 male, label data same as that of holotype except Lot#1139, 9 –VII–1995 ( INHS).
