Diagnosis. Adult ( Fig. 9 View FIGURES 4 – 13 ) wingspan 24.0–25.0 mm. This species is diagnostic by the uncus with a pair of apical spines, the gnathos with a rounded hairy process at base of each lateral arm, and the valva having a long hooked harpe in the male genitalia ( Fig. 19 View FIGURES 14 – 19 ). It is similar to T. inimica in the forewing pattern, but it can be easily distinguished by the above mentioned male genital characters.
Distribution. China (Guizhou, Hubei, Jiangxi, Sichuan); Japan.
