Distribution in India. Jharkhand, Bihar (present study); NE Himalaya, Sikkim ( Holloway 2003).

Elsewhere. Nepal, Myanmar, Cambodia ( László et al. 2010).

Host plant. Lagerstroemia microcarpa (Lythraceae) leaves ( Robinson et al. 2001).
