COMMENT: Allocated by Corbet, 1978:99, and Aimi, 1980, Mem. Fac. Sci. Kyoto Univ., Ser. BioL, 8: 35-84, to rufocanus ; Gromov and Polyakov, 1977, [Voles (Microtinae), Fauna U.S. S.R.], Nauka, Moscow and Leningrad, 3(8): l-502, and Imaizumi, 1972, Mem. Nat. Sci. Mus.
