Conicera longilobusa Liu, 2000:170 View in CoL (♂, China: Hainan).
Description. Male. Body length 1.1 mm. Frons dark brown. Supra-antennal setae present. Lower fronto-orbital setae absent. Lower interfrontal setae shorter than upper interfrontal setae and the distance between each other shorter than that between upper interfrontal setae. First flagellomere dark brown, 0.14 mm long, with an aspect ratio of 1.68:1; arista 0.18 mm long, 1.29 times as long as that of first flagellomere. Palpus dark brown, slender, with short setae apically.
Thorax dark brown. Fore and mid legs light brown, hind leg brown. Fore tibia with 10 small near-dorsal setulae, the uppermost being longer than the rest. Fore tarsus with posterodorsal setal palisade on all five tarsomeres. Mid femur without sense-organ. Wing length 1.06 mm. Costal index 0.42, costal ratio 1.43:1, costal setulae length 0.02 mm. Rs without basisetula. Veins brown, except A 1 +CuA 2 whitish gray. Membrane light grayish brown. Halter dark brown.
Abdominal tergites brown. Terminalia ( Figs. 10D–F View FIGURES 10 ) brown. Left surstylus ( Fig. 10E View FIGURES 10 ) small, nearly square. Right surstylus ( Fig. 10F View FIGURES 10 ) slender, suddenly contracted on pre-apical part, without inner teeth.
Female. Unknown.
Specimens examined. 1 ♂ (holotype), Hainan, Mt. Jianfeng (850m), 3-Apr-1992, Guangchun Liu, Min Wang ; 2 ♂, Hainan, Mt. Jianfeng (850m), 19-May-2004, Guangchun Liu ; 2 ♂, Hainan, Mt. Jianfeng (850m), 20-May- 2004, Guangchun Liu .
Distribution. China (Guangdong, Hainan).
Remarks. The species is similar to C. pacifica Michailovskaya, 2000 , it differs from the latter by a thin and pointed apex of right surstylus and absence of its inner teeth.
