Micralictoides ruficaudus View in CoL represents a new species and genus record for Mexico and the BCP. This species specializes on pollen from plants in the genus Eschscholzia Cham. Bohart and Griswold (1987) View in CoL . The BBPT collected this species in the Coastal Sage Matorral in March 2022 (1 ♂) and April 2023 (1 ♀; MABC). See fig. 192 .
