Agapanthinus callophilus ( Cockerell, 1923) View in CoL

[ Holotype: CASC; Isla San José , Baja California Sur, México; May 28, 1921]

Agapanthinus callophilus is endemic to the SD province and it is a rare species known from a few specimens. It has been reported in La Giganta Ranges and Gulf Coast in BCS ( LaBerge 1957). The BBPT collected eight specimens in the Lower Colorado Desert in May of 2022. Voucher specimens are in MABC, and ECOAB. See fig. 99 .
