Diagnosis. Male (First record). Head with eyes displaced downwards in lateral view. Mesosoma compressed laterally (though less than in female). Malar space very short. Flagellum with 15–17 flagellomeres. Notaulus with a strong longitudinal wrinkle on anterolateral side of mesoscutum (as in female). Mesopleuron with almost linear narrow foveate groove (as in female); mesopleuron centrally (above foveate groove) with small but distinct punctures on nearly smooth background to virtually impunctate and shallowly granulate. Propodeum long; basal area long and narrow (as in female). First metasomal tergite in lateral view evenly convex, laterally striate (as in female).
Distribution. Japan (Honshu, Shikoku and Kyushu islands).
