Neochauliodes punctatolosus Liu et Yang, 2006a View in CoL . Ann. Zool. 56: 193. Type locality: Yunnan (Xishuangbanna, Jingdong, Zhenyuan, Yiliang, Hekou, Mangshi, Jinping, Simao).

Specimens examined. THAILAND: 2 ♂, Chiang Dao, 12. V .2004, I. Sivec & H. Bogdan ( CAU) ; 3 ♂, Chiangmai, Doi Pui, 7. VI .1986 (HC); ♀, Rt. 1242, 30. V .2004 (HC); ♀, Chiangmai, near Doi Suthep, reared from a larva in 1999 (HC); LAOS : 2 ♂, Ban Saleui N.E., Mt. Pan , 30.IV.2003 (♂ in CAU, ♂ in HC) ; VIETNAM: ♀, 14.VIII.2000 ( CAU) .

Distribution. China (Yunnan); Laos; Thailand; Vietnam.

Remarks. We report this species from Thailand, Laos and Vietnam for the first time. Because N. punctatolosus was frequently present in Neochauliodes collections from southeastern Asia, we feel this might be a common species in southeastern Asia and will probably be found from Myanmar. Detailed comparison of this species to other relatives is presented in Liu & Yang (2006a).
