Distribution in Brazil: PA, AM, PE, MT, RO, MG, SP.

Biological aspects: Seven individuals of this species have been examined, all collected on highly illuminated or very altered 1st order streams.

Comments: The geographical distribution of this species includes Bolivia and all macrorregions of Brazil, except for the South.
