Geographic distribution. Peru, Bolivia ( Roback & Nieser 1980), Argentina ( Bachmann 1961b) .
Distribution in Peru. Cusco ( Roback & Nieser 1980; Oyague-Passuni & Maldonado-Fonkén 2015), Puno ( Roback & Nieser 1980).
Notes. Bachmann (1979 a, 1981) noted having specimens from Chile that could be representatives of this species, but expressed doubts about their identity. Both Morrone et al. (2004) and Damgaard & Moreira (2021) considered the species to be absent from Chile.
