Brachymetra Mayr, 1865 (2 species, 1 subspecies)

Note. Peralta-Argomeda (2011) recorded B. accola Drake, 1957 from Peru, but it is not included below. This species was described from “ Brazil ” without further details, was very poorly described, and is probably a synonym of B. shawi Hungerford & Matsuda, 1957 ( Moreira et al. 2011).
