Geographic distribution. Ecuador ( Rodrigues & Sites 2021), Peru ( De Carlo 1966b), Bolivia ( Rodrigues & Sites 2021).
Distribution in Peru. Ucayali, Huánuco, Junín ( Rodrigues & Sites 2021), Cusco (Sites, in litt.).
Notes. Details about the type locality in Peru were unknown until Rodrigues & Sites (2021) provided the label data. The same authors associated Aguaytía with Loreto department, but it is in Ucayali department .
