Distribution. Peru, and Bolivia ( Monné 2024b; Roguet 2024; Tavakilian & Chevillotte 2024). Colobothea plebeja is recorded from Peru but without specific locality ( Aurivillius 1902; Soukup 1942; Monné & Monné 2010; Monné et al. 2012; Monné & Chaboo 2015; Monné 2024b; Roguet 2024; Tavakilian & Chevillotte 2024). Thus, Loreto (Rio Napo) is the first record of region and locality for the species in Peru.
