DISTRIBUTION: S.E. Alaska ( U.S.A.), S. Yukon and S. W. Mackenzie ( Canada) to N.C. Oregon, C. Idaho, and Montana ( U.S.A.). Introduced to Kodiak, Chichagof, and Baranof Isis. (Alaska), Olympic Peninsula, Washington; C. Montana; Black Hills, South Dakota; Colorado ( U.S.A.).
