Material and occurrence. Many specimens from Cold Fork of Cottonwood Creek (Albian, Early Cretaceous). Single specimen (GZG.INV.84976) from Paskenta (Tithonian, Late Jurassic).

Remarks. Retiskenea ? kieli has been known so far only from Cold Fork of Cottonwood Creek locality (Campbell et al. 2008) that is Albian in age (see locality # 2 in Kiel et al, 2008b). Here we report a specimen probably belonging to this species from the much older (Tithonian) Paskenta seep site. More specimens from this locality are needed to support this preliminary identification. Campbell et al. (2008) mentioned fragmentary ‘ Neomphalidae ? sp. indet.’ from Paskenta, which might be conspecific to our R.? kieli.
