Material examined. KHUZESTAN: Abadan , 2 specimens, 5.–6.vi.2008 ; Andimeshk , 2 specimens, 5.–6.vi.2008 ; Andimeshk – Tangvan , 9 specimens, 9.–10.vi.2006 .
Comments. In pools with rich vegetation of Phragmites , Juncus and sedges. Eremian, occurring in the Arabian Peninsula, Israel, Iraq and Iran. The subgeneric placement of the species was revisited by ANDERSEN & WEIR (2003).
