Genus Dicerura Kieffer, 1898 View in CoL

Dicerura View in CoL , the largest genus of the tribe Dicerurini View in CoL , contains 32 species in the Holarctic region and 19 in Europe ( Gagné & Jaschhof 2021). Males of the European species can be identified using the morphological descripions published by Jaschhof & Jaschhof (2013) and Jaschhof & Spungis (2018).

In Germany, the genus was previously known from a single species ( Jaschhof & Jaschhof 2021b); the discovery of a second Dicerura View in CoL is detailed here.
