Description: van Helsdingen (1969: 223, figs 315–324), Roberts (1987: 164, fig. 86a).

Previous records: Braga: Peneda-Gerês NP, Terras de Bouro, Mata da Albergaria ( Cardoso et al. 2008b). Viana do Castelo: Melgaço ( Franganillo Balboa 1920; Bacelar 1928).

Distribution: Holarctic.

Habitat type: Unknown in Portugal .

Phenology: Unknown in Portugal. In Central Europe, this species is adult from May to August ( Wiehle 1956).
