Viana do Castelo: Melgaço ( Bacelar 1935, sub L. lusitanica ; van Helsdingen 1969). Vila Real: Vila Pouca de Aguiar, Pedras Salgadas (van Helsdingen 1969). Distribution: West- and South-West Europe, Algeria; in Europe from South Finland in the north to Italy and Portugal in the south (van Helsdingen, 1969).

Habitat type: Unknown in Portugal .

Phenology: In Europe adults are found from July to November (van Helsdingen 1969), shifting to September-February in the Maghreb ( Bosmans 2006a). In Portugal, adults were collected in July and October.
