(IMAR). Castelo Branco: Covilhã, Serra da Estrela (CBM). Coimbra: Coimbra (CBM); Paúl de Arzila NR, 1 male, 11.V.2008, L. Crespo et al. leg. (CLC). Faro: Vila do Bispo , Cabo de S. Distribution: Palearctic.
Habitat type: The species occurs in many different habitat types, often influenced by man. It lives in the litter layer, but dispersing males are often collected by beating trees.
Phenology: In Portugal adult specimens were collected from February to May.
