Platytrombidium fasciatum (C. L. Koch, 1836)

Species distributed in the western Palaearctic; known from all active life instars ( Mąkol and Wohltmann 2012, and references therein). Known hosts are brachyceran flies ( Diptera ) from the families Anthomyzidae , Chloropidae , Drosophilidae , Lauxaniidae , Muscidae , Sarcophagidae and Tephritidae ( Felska et al. 2018) .
