( Figs. 27a–27e)
Description. Length: 4.8–6.1 mm. Member of the O. auronitens group ( Fig.1a). General description as in O. eberhardi .
Male genitalia: Pygofer less than twice as long as wide, moderately projected posteriorly, apex widey rounded; macrosetae long, dispersed along the apical third of the pygofer ( Fig. 27a). Valve oval, margins rounded, slightly triangular in anterior half. Plates long, apex pointed, setae plumose ( Fig. 27b). Style with apophysis short, straight, tips rounded ( Fig. 27c). Aedeagus in ventral view, wide at base, tapered close to apex, rounded at tip. ( Fig. 27d). In lateral view shaft nearly uniformly curved dorsad, with small notch near apex, the latter rounded; dorsal projection blunt ( Fig. 27e). Gonopore subapical.
Diagnosis. Very similar to O. anonae in external appearance, but the aedeagus of O. sineprocessus lacks ventral processes, whereas in O. anonae the ventral processes are present.
Distribution. Known only from Costa Rica; 300–1100 m.
Etymology. This species is named for the absence of ventral processes on the aedeagus.
