Microchaetus mkuzi: Plisko 1992: 341 ; 1998: 273; 2003: 281.

Known from numerous sites in Itala and Mkuzi game reserves. Collected also outside the reserves, on the banks of the Mkuzi River. All sites in northern KwaZulu-Natal.
