Remarks. Dropursa babinda is a widespread species in New Guinea, occurring in Papua New Guinea (Wiles 1997b), Papua province, Indonesia (Smit 2011) and Vogelkop (West Papua province, this paper). Moreover, the species occurs in Australia, where it is rare, and known from a few localities in Queensland (Cook 1986), Northern Territory and Western Australia (Smit 2001).
