Specimens examined: 4Ψ, Taipei: Yangmingshan (600m; N25°09´E121°34´), 24-Aug.-1999, Huang & Wang; ex Trochodendron aralioides View in CoL S. et Z. ( Trochodendraceae View in CoL ).

Relation to host: A vagrant on the lower leaf surface. No apparent damage was observed. Remarks: This species was found association with Diptilomiopus aralioidus Huang, 2006 on the same host plant.
