Etymology: —The specific epithet “ neobella ” is adopted to maintain conformity with the first name Sansevieria bella .

TANZANIA, Iringa, northeastern border of Udzvunga National Park , R.K.Brummitt & R.M.Polhill 13607 (K n.v.) ; Iringa, Ruaha National Park , H.M.Richards 26378 (K!) .

Distribution: —Southern Kenya, central Tanzania. Apart from the Tanzanian voucher specimens cited above, six living cultivation records from Tanzania have been reported by Micarelli (2020).
