“ Melittia Khmer View in CoL n. sp. ” — Le Cerf, 1917: 161, pl. 475, fig. 3916. Type locality: “ Cambodge, Angkor, ...”. Obviously, this type locality is wrong due to mislabeling. It must be located somewhere in North or Central America [ Arita, Gorbunov, 1996 b]. Holotype ♂ (MNHP).
