Chaitophorus populeti populeti (Panzer)
Published information. Ivanovskaya (1977) indicates the presence of this species in Norilsk ( NUO), however, the host plant of this species, Populus species, does not grow under natural conditions in this territory. It is presently impossible to determine whether the record of this species is an error in determination or if the aphids were collected from a plant introduced and grown in artificial conditions.
