Description of female. Fully winged; length 4.0–5.0 mm. Head testaceous-reddish, occasionally with a brown spot on face; antennae testaceous; propleura testaceous; pronotum yellow-testaceous, except lateral regions partly brown; scutum yellow-testaceous; metanotum yellow-testaceous or brown-reddish; propodeum completely or partly black; petiole black; gaster reddish; legs yellow, occasionally with clubs of femora brown. Antennae filiform; antennal segment 3 slightly longer than segment 1 (23:20). Head swollen, dull, granulated; occipital carina incomplete, only present behind and on the sides of posterior ocelli; POL = 7; OL = 3.5; OOL = 9; OPL = 2; TL = 2.5. Pronotum shiny, hairy, slightly granulated, crossed by a transverse impression. Scutum dull, hairy, granulated. Notauli complete, posteriorly separated, hardly visible near posterior margin. Scutellum and metanotum shiny, granulated. Propodeum reticulate rugose. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein longer than proximal part; marginal cell closed. Fore tarsal segment 1 about as long as segment 4. Segment 3 of fore tarsus produced into a hook. Enlarged claw with 2 subapical teeth and a row of about 26 lamellae. Segment 5 of fore tarsus with 2 rows of approximately 48 lamellae; distal apex with a group of approximately 5 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1, 1, 2.
Description of male. Fully winged; length 2.4 - 2.7 mm. Head testaceous, except occiput and vertex brown; occasionally only ocellar triangle brown; antennae testaceous; mesosoma brown, except scutum testaceous-brown; gaster and legs testaceous. Antennae filiform; antennal segments in the following proportions: 6:5:9:11:13:13:12:11:10:12. Head dull, hairy, granulated, weakly rugose; occipital carina complete; POL = 7; OL = 5; OOL = 7; OPL = 2; TL = 4. Scutum dull, granulated. Notauli complete, posteriorly separated. Scutellum dull, reticulate rugose and punctate. Metanotum shiny, smooth, with some areolae near anterior margin. Propodeum dull, reticulate rugose, without transverse or longitudinal keels. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein longer than proximal part (19:14); marginal cell open. Tibial spurs 1, 1, 2.
