Thaumatodryinus beckeri Olmi, 1991: 258 .
Description of female. Fully winged; length 9.4 mm. Head black, except mandibles, clypeus, genae and anterior region of face near clypeus testaceous; antennae testaceous, except segments 3 – 10 darkened; mesosoma black, except posterior and lateral regions of pronotum reddish; gaster testaceous; legs testaceous, except clubs of fore and hind femora brown. Antennae filiform; antennal segments in the following proportions: 27:9:55:70:71:78:50:20:14:16. Head dull, reticulate rugose; frontal line hardly visible; occipital carina incomplete, laterally not reaching eyes; POL = 6; OL = 2.5; OOL = 18; OPL = 5; TL = 4. Pronotum dull, rugose, crossed by a transverse impression, sculptured by many transverse keels. Scutum dull, rugose, with numerous irregular keels. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.6 length of scutum. Scutellum and metanotum dull, smooth, finely punctate, without sculpture among punctures. Propodeum reticulate rugose, without transverse or longitudinal keels. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein longer than proximal part (50:32). Fore tarsal segments in the following proportions: 59:8:16:53:76. Enlarged claw with 2 subapical teeth and a row of about 40 lamellae. Segment 5 of fore tarsus with 2 rows of approximately 65 lamellae; distal apex with a group of about 15 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1, 1, 2.

Material examined. Malaysia, Malaya, Negeri Sembilan, Pasoh Forest Reserve, 8.ix.1978, P. & M. Becker coll., female holotype ( AEI).
