Description of female. Fully winged; length 5.3 mm. Head testaceous, except ventral side black and a large black spot on face and ocellar triangle; antennae of holotype with segments 1–4 testaceous (other segments missing in the holotype); mesosoma black, except lateral regions and dorsal side of posterior surface of pronotum testaceous; gaster brown; legs testaceous, except clubs of fore femora and mid and hind coxae partly black. Antennae filiform; antennal segments of the holotype in the following proportions: 17:12:34:45 (other segments missing in the holotype). Head swollen, dull, granulated, with face almost completely rugose; frontal line absent; occipital carina incomplete, only present behind posterior ocelli and on the sides, laterally not reaching eyes; POL = 4; OL = 2; OOL = 9; OPL = 3.5; temples absent. Pronotum shiny, hairy, crossed by a transverse impression, finely punctate, without sculpture among punctures. Scutum dull, with median region granulated and partly rugose, and lateral regions sculptured by numerous irregular keels. Notauli complete, posteriorly separated; minimum distance between notauli longer than greatest breadth of posterior ocelli (6:4). Scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, without sculpture. Propodeum reticulate rugose, without transverse or longitudinal keels. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein longer than proximal part (43:17). Fore tarsal segments in the following proportions: 38:4:8:29:41. Enlarged claw with 2 subapical teeth and a row of about 45 lamellae. Segment 5 of fore tarsus with 2 rows of approximately 47 lamellae; distal apex with a group of about 10 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1, 1, 2.

A n t e n n a e f i l i f o r m; a n t e n n a l s e g m e n t s i n t h e f o l l o w i n g p r o p o r t i o n s: 5.5:5.5:7:12:11:13:11:11:9:12. Head swollen, dull, granulated and weakly rugose; frontal line absent; occipital carina complete; POL = 4; OL = 1; OOL = 5; OPL = 1; TL = 2. Scutum dull, completely granulated. Notauli complete, posteriorly separated; minimum distance between notauli longer than greatest breadth of posterior ocelli (4:3). Scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, without sculpture. Propodeum dull, reticulate rugose, without transverse or longitudinal keels. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein longer than proximal part (21:12). Tibial spurs 1, 1, 2.
