Material examined. CHINA: Sichuan Province: 4 males, 4 females, Jiuzaigou, 26.VII.1990, Inst . BEIJING Museum PARIS, coll. T . DEUVE & Xie Weiping (IZ-CAS); 1 male, Langmusi, 10–12.VI.1996, coll. Beneš & Šcěpař, Ocypus (Pseudocypus) semenowi Reitter, A. Smetana det. 2006 (MDC).
Measurements. Body length: 15.0– 16.7 mm. CL: 0.53; EL: 2.23; ELS: 0.94; EW: 2.71; HL: 2.26; HW: 2.54; PO: 1.18; PL: 2.73; PW: 2.35.
Distribution. Ocypus semenowi is at present known from the high mountains of Gansu, Qinghai, Shaanxi and northern Sichuan.
