Syntype. HNHM Pseudoscorp-51: 1 ♂ “ Blothrus minutus Töm., Mehádia, 1881 ”, “604/1881 Blothrus minutus Töm. Det. Daday ”, “ Mehádia [cave in Domogled Mts, Romania], 1881., [leg.] Pável János ” .

Current status. Valid, as Neobisium (Blothrus) minutum ( Tömösváry, 1883) ( Beier 1932a) .

Remarks. Although the original label is not present in the vial, the collecting data (locality, date, collector) support the type status of the material. Tömösváry’s original labels were probably removed later and probably only data of a label from Daday’s revision were copied to the new one (see Introduction). Another specimen was collected at the same locality by Tömösváry, according to the original description, but it is not now in HNHM.
