Paratype. HNHM Pseudoscorp-344: ♂ “ Geogarypus (A.) pseudocurtus n. sp. ♂, Paratypus, det. V. Mahnert 1980”, “ Kenya, Tana Riv., Ngao/Lac Shakababo, tamisage; [leg.] V. Mahnert - J.L. Perret, 28.10.1977 ” [sieved in bushes] .
Current status. Valid, as Afrogarypus pseudocurtus ( Mahnert, 1982) ( Harvey 1986) .
Remark. The holotype and further paratypes were deposited in NHMG.
