Adult ( Fig. 14 View FIGURES 14–21 ) wingspan 22.0–27.0 mm.

Diagnosis. This species is characterized by the gnathos with two long and thorn-like lateral processes at base of the lateral arms of the gnathos, apically trifurcate, distal process of the gnathos and the sclerotized median plate extending outward ( Fig. 29 View FIGURES 28–33 ). It is similar to L. angustusa Wang, Chen & Wu, 2017 in the male genitalia, but it can be distinguished by the subtrapezoidal uncus, valva with costa not swollen distallly, sacculus with the outer lobe of the dorsal process about 1/2 the length of the inner one, and phallus with one cornutus ( Fig. 29 View FIGURES 28–33 ); in the female genitalia by the papillae anales strongly sclerotized along the lateral margin, lamella antevaginalis enlagate ovate, and an inverted trapezoidal antrum ( Fig. 43 View FIGURES 38–43 ). In L. angustusa , the uncus is subrectangular, distal 1/3 of the costa of the valva is swollen, outer lobe of the dorsal process is less than 1/5 the length of the inner lobe, and phallus has two cornuti ( Fig. 22 View FIGURES 22–27 ); papillae anales are not sclerotized, lamella antevaginalis is subrectangular, and antrum is subquadrate ( Fig. 38 View FIGURES 38–43 ).
