Range: eastern North America from Maine south to Mississippi, west to Texas and Iowa. Habitat: in leaf litter, wood trash, on fungus, underside of log. Collection Method: sifting/Berlese, emergence.

Biology: recorded from undetermined Agaricales . Present Study: significantly higher abundance in CWD3–4 and primary forest. References: Campbell 1976; Newton 1984; Downie and Arnett 1996; Majka et al. 2011.
