Diagnosis. Members of this genus differ from others by the prosoma with warty clypeus, but without distinct projection; extremely large eyes; male pedipalpi with large tegular apophysis; female epigynum with strongly sclerotized genital opening with expanded posterior margin; spermathecae paired with long fertilization tubes (Ono, 2007).
