Description

See Wesołowska & Edwards (2012). General appearance of female as in Fig. 48E View Fig . Male similar to female or slightly darker coloured ( Fig. 48A View Fig ). This species shows a similar body colouration to the widely distributed Phintella aequipes ( Peckham & Peckham, 1903) (compare Fig. 48A, E View Fig with Wesołowska & Cumming 2008: fig. 118) but is easily distinguished by the structure of genital organs, which are shown in Fig. 48B–D View Fig (male) and 48F–G (female).

Distribution

This species was known hitherto only from SE Nigeria.
