15. Lanceobostra tridenticulata ( Redtenbacher, 1908: 411) [ Bostra ]. HT, ♀: Holotype; Acaguizetla, Guerrero, 3.500ft., Oct., H.H. Smith; Godman-Salvin Coll. 1908.–168.; B.C.A. Orth. II Bostra tridenticulata , Bostra tridenticulata Redtenbacher, 1908 , det. John Huxley, 1964; BMNH(E) #844521 [NHMUK]. comb. n.

Remarks: Unfortunately the apex of the abdomen and subgenital plate of the unique holotype have subsequent to it’s description in 1908 been destroyed by parasites. Redtenbacher (1908: 412) stated it to be more than twice the length of abdominal terga VIII–X combined, hence fairly typical for Lanceobostra gen. n. The elongate (but unarmed) head, denticulate mesopleurae and longitudinal keel of the mesosternum clearly place it in this new genus.

Distribution: S-Mexico, Guerrero, Acaguizetla, 3.500 ft. [NHMUK].
