Notes
An endemic species from France ( Corsica) and Italy (Sardinia) ( Hansen 2004). The species was recorded from Turkey (Erzurum, Erzincan, Tokat) (Incekara ˙ et al. 2002, 2004a; Polat et al. 2010). Specimens were sent to Dr Robert Angus for checking of their identification. His answer was that the specimens, without any doubt, belonged to Helophorus hilaris Sharp, 1916 .
