Identification. Specimens were first identified based on male calls (a short high-pitched cricket-like chirp) and a combination of the following characters: small size, inconspicuous inner metatarsal tubercle, and swollen toe tips ( Fig. 3E ). Comments. This species is very common in the leaf litter on top of Mount Lico.
