Description and illustration:—Z.Q. Zeng & W.Y. Zhuang (2015).
Habitat:—On a rotten twig.
Distribution:—Asia ( China).
Notes:— Nectria triseptata is most similar to N. novaezelandiae based on their perithecial morphology. However, the latter differs in having shorter asci (69–92 μm long) and smaller ascospores (17.5–24 μm vs. 6.5–9 μm) ( Zeng & Zhuang 2015).
