Selviria matogrossoensis Stebnicka 1999 a: 288 , figs. 3, 4. Type localities: BRAZIL, Mato Grosso do Sul, Selviria and Três Lagoas–Horto Rio Verde .
Material Examined. Two specimens with the following label data: BOLIVIA, Santa Cruz, 5 km ESE Warnes, Hotel Rio Selva, 20.X.2000, M.C. Thomas ( FSCA); BRAZIL, Mato Grosso do Sul, Três Lagoas, Horto Barra do Moeda , 2.XI.1993, Eucalyptus grandis stand, C. Flechtmann ( ISEA) .
Differentiating Diagnosis. Sides of pronotum and margins of elytra not as widely explanate as in S. anneae , pronotal disc microreticulate, surface punctures generally fine, separated by their diameter or less, pronotal base lacking marginal line; elytral humeral denticles acutely prominent, intervals flat.
