The Zoosphaerium blandum species-group

This species-group is newly erected here and includes two species. The posterior telopod chela is of a very unusual shape (Figs 76E, F). The movable finger is cylindrical and not tapering towards the tip. The margin juxtaposed to the fixed finger features a conspicuous indentation close to its apex (Fig. 76F). Hollowed-out inner margin with single, small lobe and a variable number of sclerotized spines; posterior aspect with discontinuous row of 15–20 crenulated, sclerotized teeth. Fixed finger of posterior telopods basally wide, at midpoint of its length strongly curved towards movable finger (Fig. 76E).
