Female (length of body = 1.3 mm)

Colour. Scape yellowish brown with a dark dorsal edge; pedicel yellowish brown with dorsal surface darker; flagellar segments 1–2 dark, 3–4 pale. Frons below transverse edge yellowish brown, above edge metallic bluish green. Vertex dark yellowish brown. Mesoscutum metallic bluish green with purple tinges on side lobes. Scutellum predominantly dark brown, median smooth area with metallic bluishpurple tinges. Propodeum metallic bluish green, laterally with purple tinges. Coxae and femora dark brown; fore tibia pale, mid and hind tibiae dark; tarsi pale. Fore wing hyaline with surface just below base of marginal vein strongly infuscate. Petiole yellowish brown. Gaster shiny; first tergite yellowish brown, remaining tergites dark brown.

Head. Antenna as in figure 72. HE/MS/MO: not measurable. Frons with weak small-meshed reticulation laterad to antennal scrobes, meshes transverse, surface between scrobes smooth and shiny. Vertex smooth and shiny in front of vertexal suture, behind suture with strong small-meshed reticulation and ± wrinkled. POL/ OOL/POO: 1.6/1.0/not measurable. Occipital margin rounded. WH/WT=1.4.

Mesosoma . Mesoscutum smooth and shiny, with a narrow stripe of very weak and engraved reticulation where notauli usually is situated. Scutellum 0.6× as long as wide, laterally with very strong reticulation, a median triangle is smooth and shiny. Dorsellum not visible. TPS distinctly curved. Fore wing with two admarginal setae, placed on underside of marginal vein; submarginal vein with two setae; basal two-thirds of wing membrane bare, apical one-third with sparse setation; LW/LM/HW: 2.1/1.3/1.0; PM/ST =1.3.
